Returns and Refund Policy
Please note that our Veluto products are for immediate consumption.
Being a perishable nature of gelato and other products of our brand, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges once a delivery is completed. In case the ordered variant is out of stock after receiving the order, then refund will be initiated for the same in the customer’s bank account.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Veluto (A Unit of Disha Hotels Pvt Ltd).
You may email us at email@example.com to discuss your issue. You may be eligible for replacement or equivalent price product (exclusive of taxes and packing charges) as per company’s norms.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer
- Non-availability of recipient at the mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself.
- Force majeure event
- In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer.
If there is any discrepancy to your order that needs to be brought to our attention, including:
- Incorrect items delivered
- Incorrect quantity of items delivered
- Product Damage
You will be entitled to an exchange/replacement of the products at no additional cost to you.
